- Does Crossified have a Return Policy?
Sure. If you have received a product that is defective, or if we ship you the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to our customers. Replacement merchandise will be shipped via standard postal service. If you mistakenly order the wrong item, or the specify the wrong size, we will still replace the item, however, customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling cost associated with the return.
- How long will it take to get my order?
This will depend on the type of product or service requested. Apparel orders are usually processed within one week (5 business days) of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order, if any backorders or problems are encountered. Custom Apparel and Design services are completed according to project parameters.
